EDWARDSVILLE, IL (KTVI) – Monday night's storm rumbled into the metro east causing quite a bit of damage. Strong gusting winds knocked down several trees in the 7400 block of Jerusalem Road in Edwardsville. One fell on a barn and another fell on the home owned by Tammy and Dave Coley. The huge oak blocked the front door. Dave Coley used a chainsaw to cut the limbs off the tree so that he and his wife could get out of the door. Fortunately, no one was hurt.
