Warrenton police searching for armed bank robber

WARRENTON, MO (KTVI)- Police are looking for the man who robbed the Jonesburg State Bank on Highway 47 in Warrenton Monday morning. Around 9:00am, the suspect entered the bank, walked directly to a teller, showed a handgun, and demanded money.

According to the Warrenton Police Department, the suspect walked back out the front of the bank with an unknown amount of cash. He got into a pewter colored GMC Sonoma pickup truck which left the scene through the alley adjacent to the rear of the bank.

The man is described as white, 5’10” to 6’ tall, weighing approximately 160 to 185 pounds. He was wearing dark colored ball cap, a multi-colored mask over his face, long sleeved jacket and black pants with white stripes on the sides.

The pickup truck has a sticker of a skull in back window.
