(KTVI)- A Portrait of Hope... Women with great stories of perseverance and strength like Joan Lunden who was featured on the cover of People Magazine, are choosing to go without her trademark blonde hair.

The Portrait of Hope spokesperson for the American Cancer Society, Jennifer Younkins tells us how the Look Good Feel Better Program has benefited her life.

Jennifer was diagnosed with Breast Cancer ER Positive Her2Neu Positive in February 2014.

Look Good Feel Better is dedicated to improving the self-esteem and quality of life people undergoing treatment for cancer. They aim to improve their self-image and appearance through complimentary group, individual, and self-help beauty sessions that create a sense of support, confidence, courage, and community.
