ST. LOUIS COUNTY, MO (KTVI) – There’s a new candidate running for the office of St. Louis County Executive. Zaki Baruti, one of the leaders of the ‘Michael Brown Leadership Coalition’ announced his candidacy Tuesday afternoon for the November election.

He said neither Steve Stenger, nor Rick Stream have shown any moral leadership in the Ferguson crisis.

Baruti said the coalition has committed itself to making sure all St. Louis County citizens have an alternative to ‘business as usual.’
