ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI) - Three is a magic number at this real estate office in South St. Louis County.

“I won $100,000″ says Kimberly Delapp.
“I won a million,” says Jamie Bone.
“I won $3.8 million,” says Jenifer Elam.

This one of a kind feat was accomplished with quick picks in the Missouri Lotto.

"I was going, 'Oh my God,`" says Elam, recounting how she won her $3.8 million from Missouri Lotto.  "The lady behind the counter was going, 'What's wrong?'  I said, 'Well it says I won 3.8 million dollars.`  The number wasn't registered in my brain."

Maybe it's mind over matter to have three winners from one office. Our cameras were there last year when co-worker Jamie Bone became a millionaire.

"It's embarrassing but we get to relive it," says Bone who won $1 million last year.  "My kids get to watch it.  There for awhile we had it saved."

But, what is their secret to success at this office?

"Another thing," says Bone, "These were all quick picks or scratch offs.  It`s really just the luck of the draw."

"Its positive energy," says Delapp, who won $100,000 last year.  "That's how we sell homes.  We go in with a good attitude and a good spirit and we get it done."

But, maybe the trick to getting it done and winning $3.8 million in the lottery is to envision you winning.

"We made a big goal board," says Elam.  "On it I put lottery.  I just wrote it out and you know, it's a check."

A very big check and a lot of lucky lottery winning co-workers to go along with it.
