GRAFTON, IL (KTVI) – The city of Grafton has been recently  raising a stink over a newly built Asian carp processing plant. The plant was told reduce it’s offensive odors or shut down.

But will they? The plant’s owner says no decision has been made over whether to pull out. They are working to address complaints over smell and emissions.  The multi-million dollar plant opened in April and turns the invasive Asian carp into dehydrated meal and fish oil.
