Ferguson mayor explains why his city is not sending letters warning of unrest

FERGUSON, MO (KTVI) - St. Louis waits to learn the grand jury's decision in the Michael Brown case. FOX 2 talked to Ferguson Mayor James Knowles about why his city isn't sending out letters to residents warning about possible unrest.

The mayor says they have an alert system in place and a large database to get information out to residents if needed.
