Area churches used as “Safe Spaces” for Ferguson protesters
ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI) – Church leaders say a lot of people are coming to use their places to rest and get peace.
There are at least ten places around the St. Louis area that are designated safe havens. The greater St. Marks Church in Ferguson held a meeting for protestors Tuesday night.
In south St. Louis, more than 100 protestors rested Monday night at the Compton Heights Christian Church.
