(KTVI)- Were they expecting this?  Sixteen members of the newly formed Ferguson Commission were sworn in by Governor Jay Nixon one week ago. The group hasn't even had their first formal meeting.

So how has the recent unrest shaped their views?

The two Co-chairs, Reverend Starsky Wilson of the Deaconess Foundation and Rich McClure explain how the Ferguson Commission will make a difference.

The Commission has until September 15, 2015 to issue its report, but the Governor made clear that he would welcome any interim recommendations for positive steps that can be taken prior to the completion of its final report.
