Volunteers assemble therapeutic bikes for kids with disabilities

ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI) - Hundreds of kids received free bikes Saturday during Variety's 17th annual Bikes for Kids event.

Volunteers gathered at Webster University to assemble 40-custom built therapeutic bikes and 216 regular bikes. They gave them to kids with disabilities. Volunteers also gave the kids a helmet, a bike lock and safety instruction.
