(KTVI)- Bryce Mitchell of New Era Fitness says the only way to stay on track in the gym this year is to stay safe. He shows Kim how to do several exercises, including lat pull-downs, bench press, seated row and dead-lifts. He wants clients to focus on posture to protect their backs.
Mitchell also wants clients to embrace machines, especially when they do not have a spotter during free-weight exercises.
