Boys write book about baby brother’s battle with chromosome disorder

(KTVI)- A St. Louis author shares her family's battle with a chromosomal disorder in the book "I Am Not a Syndrome – My Name is Simon.” Sheryl Crosier’s son, Simon,  was diagnosed with Trisomy 18, a genetic disorder in which a person has a third copy of material from chromosome 18.  Now, a new illustrated book tells the story of Simon's siblings. Even though Simon has died, his older brothers continue to have conversations about him.  The book is called "Hello My Name Is Simon."
