ST. LOUIS (KTVI) – A 9-year-old boy was struck by a car around 9:30 am Monday morning in north St. Louis after darting out from behind a bus. Police say the child was on the way to school at Walbridge elementary school when the driver of the car turned from Lillian onto Emerson hitting the child.

Police say the driver didn’t see the child.

The child ended up under the car.

No charges are expected against the driver.
