Grandmother ‘Nezzie’ cooks up delicious Jamaican eats

ST. LOUIS (KTVI) - While she doesn’t operate a traditional restaurant, grandma ‘Nezzie’ is a caterer and author specializing in Jamaican cuisine.

The 83-year-old recently published ‘Nezzie’s Jamaican Cuisine,” a labor of love she’s been working on since 1982. The book not only features her recipes, but Jamaican history as well.

Nezzie talks with April Simpson about some of her favorite dishes on this week’s My Business Monday.
