EVANSVILLE, IN - A very disturbing case of child neglect.

Police in Evansville, Indiana discovered cell phone video of a one-year-old girl playing with a .40-caliber handgun and holding the barrel close to her mouth.

In the video, an adult can be heard encouraging the toddler to play with gun, telling her to say "pow" and "shoot."

A 19-year-old man and the baby's 22-year-old mother face charges of child neglect, criminal recklessness with a deadly weapon, and allowing a child to possess a firearm.
