St. Louis construction company sued for violating no-call law

ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI) – Missouri’s Attorney General is suing a St. Louis area home construction firm for violating Missouri’s No-Call law.

Chris Koster’s office is filing a lawsuit against Abelard Construction Missouri, LLC.  The  lawsuit says the company called St. Charles County residents registered on the no-call list.  A release from the Attorney General’s office states that the company disputed that customer’s complaints about being on Missouri’s No-Call list.

Koster is seeking up to $5,000 per violation of the Missouri No-Call law.
