Red Wings Beat Blues in OT, 3-2

The Blues battled back from a 2-0 deficit only to lose in overtime to one of their top rivals the Detroit Red Wings on Thursday night at Scottrade Center. The Red Wings built a 2-0 lead in the second period on goals one minute apart by Joakim Andersson and Tomas Tatar. The Blues rallied in the third period to tie on goals by David Backes and Alexander Steen.

But Pavel Datsyuk scored with just two seconds left in overtime to give the Wings a 3-2 victory. The loss ends the Blues winning streak at five games.
