Foreign policy analyst discusses America’s fight against ISIS

ST. LOUIS – Later today, President Barack Obama will seek legislative authorization to fight ISIS abroad. Congress hasn’t granted formal authority since the Bush administration’s war in Iraq in 2002.

Meanwhile, a St. Louis County couple will be arraigned in federal court today, accused of sending aid to ISIS and two other terrorist groups.
