Ticketmaster to feature terms after paperless problem

ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI) – Problems with paperless tickets led to an agreement between Ticketmaster and the Missouri Attorney General.

Chris Koster announced an agreement Wednesday to make Ticketmaster prominently feature terms and conditions regarding paperless tickets to events.

Paperless tickets can’t be sold or transferred to another person, which people sometimes don’t realize.
