In 2012, Josh Lemmon and his wife, Tara Lemmon, originally started Burger, INK, a popular food truck in Wentzville. The popularity of the truck became grew so much, that the Lemmons decided to ditch the wheels and started the Tattooed Dog become a permanent part of Wentzville. The Tattooed Dog features burgers from Burger, INK, like the Porkonator (six pieces of bacon) and loaded buffalo fries, which are smothered in blue cheese dressing and buffalo wing sauce.
