CHESTERFIELD, MO (KTVI) – Shenandoah Valley elementary school was put on lock-down Tuesday afternoon.  A parent tipped administrators off to a potential threat, according to an e-mail from the school. The threat was related to a domestic issue.

The lock-down was treated as a drill and only lasted 20 minutes.  But, school officials called Chesterfield Police Department in for assistance.

Students resumed normal school day activities after the all-clear was given.
