How school districts decide snow days

ST. LOUIS (KTVI) – Overnight Wednesday into Thursday, the St. Louis area will receive between 1 to 3 inches of snow. That prospect always poses a dilemma for area school districts to have school or cancel classes.

Meteorologist Anne Elise Parks talked to the Rockwood School District superintendent about the factors that go into canceling classes.
