Over 500 Pakistani parents arrested for children’s failure to get polio vaccine

PAKISTAN– Police have arrested at least 513 parents in the northwestern Pakistani city of Peshawar for not allowing their children to get the polio vaccine, Riaz Khan Mehsud, deputy commissioner of Peshawar, said Tuesday.
