ST. LOUIS (KTVI) - Katie Lambert, dietitian for Barnes Jewish Hospital, visits Fox 2 News in the Morning to discuss the new 2015 U.S. Dietary Guidelines.
Among the recommendations:
• Coffee - moderate coffee consumption (three to five cups daily) is okay. Watch what you put in your coffee, though; sugar and cream are not good. The less sugar the better.
• Eggs and shellfish - While high in cholesterol, eggs and shellfish are low in saturated fat.
