ST. LOUIS (KTVI) - It's moving day today for the Jefferson National Expansion Memorial museum under the Arch.

Workers began packing up the life-sized bison and other displays, and will be moving them into storage so that work can begin on a new museum.

The work is part of the CityAarchRiver 2015 project.

A few select exhibits will be returned to the museum when the expansion is complete in 2017.
