Cahokia man charged with armed robbery

CAHOKIA, IL (KTVI) – St. Clair County’s State Attorney Brendan Kelly is charging Cahokia man with armed robbery with a firearm.

Jerry Outlaw is accused of carrying a firearm on his person while robbing Keith Holman of money, keys and cell phone. Outlaw is also being accused of using or threatening use of imminent force. Outlaw’s bond is set at $250,000.
