FERGUSON, MO (KTVI) - Many are seeing changes like the new municipal judge as a step in the right direction for Ferguson. But some residents are finding themselves struggling emotionally after months of turmoil in their town.

From trouble sleeping, to fear, to deep depression; just a few of issues that some residents are dealing after watching their community turned upside down and thrust into the national spotlight.

How to process negative feelings can be the biggest hurdle; a counseling service called Provident is hoping it can help.
