HAZELWOOD, MO (KTVI)- We are still focusing on that summer body. Last week, we focused on our back muscles. Now, fitness expert Arthur Shivers want us to think about our chest exercises.  Moves like the dumbbell bench press or incline dumbbell flyes are great upper chest exercises and can help you get the definition you desire. But don't forget the middle and lower chest.
