LOS ANGELES, CA (KTVI)-There are new developments regarding the St. Louis Rams and the team's potential move to Los Angeles.

The Los Angeles Times is reporting Rams owner Stan Kroenke will make his plans for a new stadium in Inglewood, California, official at the NFL owners' meetings in Arizona this week.

The Times report that Kroenke's representatives have already provided the paper with a "first look" at new renderings of the proposed $1.86 billion stadium. It features a clear, high-tech plastic roof on which advertisements can be projected and be visible to planes passing over-head from the nearby LAX airport.
