BELLERIVE, MO (KTVI)- St. Louis County Police are investigating after two people were shot in the 4200 block of North Hanley Road.  Around 2:15pm Friday, a vehicle backed into the driveway of a home and several male suspects got out and began shooting across Hanley at another group walking north along the street.  Two males were struck and wounded.  Both were rushed to the hospital, one with a non-life threatening injury, the other is in serious condition.

All lanes of Hanley Road between University Place and Cranberry were closed until 5:15pm while the shooting was investigated. The St. Louis County Police Crimes Against Persons Unit and Crime Scene Unit were on scene.

The shooting occurred near the North Hanley Metrolink station. Three MetroBus routes are rerouted during the Hanley Road closure, #4 Natural Bridge, #47 North Hanley, and the #49 North Lindbergh.
