Police catch man wanted in downtown car break- ins

ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI)- A parking lot attendant helped police catch a man suspected in numerous downtown car break-ins. Police have arrested 47-year-old Kenneth James Richie. He has been charged with breaking into vehicles in downtown parking garages.

Prosecutors charged Kenneth James Richie with 15 counts, including theft, property damage, and forging a check.
