Poplar Bluff man killed on Highway 67

FARMINGTON, MO (KTVI) – The Missouri Highway Patrol says a Poplar Bluff man died walking on Highway 67 near Farmington Sunday night. Investigators say 65-year-old Raymond Taylor was walking in the southbound lanes of the highway south of Farmington when the driver of an SUV hit and killed him.

The driver of the vehicle stopped.

Investigators had to use information from Taylor’s pacemaker to identify him.
