MSD urging customers to consider flood insurance

ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI)- An overcharged storm sewer blew its top during yesterday morning's torrential downpour. Metropolitan Sewer District workers were out all night answering calls. MSD spokesperson Lance LeComb joined us with the latest.
