Arts Pop: Fox Theatre announces 2015-16 season

ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI)- The Fox Theatre is revealing the show lineup for the 2015-2016 season. Among the shows coming to town are "The Sound of Music," "Beautiful — The Carole King Musical,""If/Then,' and for kids, "Matilda the Musical," which follows the story of an girl armed with a vivid imagination, who dares to take a stand.

Also, Jill McGuire, long-time executive director and a founder of the Regional Arts Commission, has announced that she is retiring after 30 years. Newmark also writes about her legacy in this Sunday's A&E section. The RAC is the largest source of annual funds to the arts in the St. Louis region.
