Pot poll: Should marijuana be legal in Missouri?

ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI) – One of the most recent vocal advocates of legalizing pot — is the police chief in a small town in Lincoln County Missouri.  He`s with an organization called LEAP: Law Enforcement Against Prohibition.   On the other side of this issue- is a narcotics officer who works 40 miles south – in Franklin County.

Tonight at 10pm investigative reporter Chris Hayes introduces you to the surprising people debating the war on  marijuana – and what it might mean for the Midwest.
