ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI)- Big money lobbyists appear to be influencing the war on meth. Fox Files Investigator Chris Hayes looked at one state that claims to have wiped out meth labs - with a simple solution that won`t fly in Missouri.

Chris joined us with a preview of tonight's Fox Files investigation.

We talked to law enforcement in two states about the incredible contrasts in the fight against meth labs. We looked into why one state claims to have wiped out meth labs, while missouri appears to have backed down to influential lobbyists. Our investigation took us straight to the rural roads where we often see meth making.  We found a former meth cook who gave us an inside look into his old drug business.

Tonight only on FOX 2 News at 10p.m., find out how money and influence may be getting in the way of the fight to stop meth labs and why the lobbyists say there`s another way to fight the problem.
