ST. CHARLES (KTVI) – Guilty five times over; that’s the verdict for a former Lindenwood student, accused of infecting and exposing sex partners to HIV.

A jury deliberated for about two and half hours before finding 23-year-old Michael Johnson guilty on five of six counts.

Former partners testified that he lied to them when they asked if he was HIV positive. Johnson's defense team said he was telling the truth and just about everybody else was lying.

Johnson could be sentenced to life in prison when jurors begin deliberating his sentence Friday morning.
