The NFL Owners meetings wrapped up in San Francisco, CA on Wednesday. Both Commissioner Roger Goodell and NFL Executive Vice President Eric Grubman discussed the possible moves of teams to Los Angeles for the 2016 season, which include possibly the Rams.
