ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI) - Microsoft claims this is the tablet that can replace your laptop. It began with the Surface 3, now Surface Pro 3 and coming soon Surface 4.

Scott Schaffer of Blade Technologies, Inc joins us to explain the Surface 3 features and how it will affect Windows 10 when it is released in July.
