ST. LOUIS (KTVI) - Dark clouds filled the sky above Busch Stadium as game time neared Saturday.
It was a rainy evening, but It didn’t stop fans from pouring into the stadium to see the Cardinals play the Dodgers.
“My wife brought the umbrella,” Derek Owen said. “We’ll be ready to go rain or shine.”
The red birds have the best record in baseball.
Fans said the chance to see another win is worth getting a little wet.
“I think they are doing great,” Tiffany Wakefield said. “I can’t wait to see Wacha get another win.”
Fans said Busch Stadium has been “the place to be” all season long and Saturday was no exception.
