2 suspect charged with drug trafficking

RANDOLPH COUNTY, IL (KTVI) – The Randolph County Sheriff Shannon L. Wolff announced Tuesday that a multijurisdictional law enforcement unit had arrested two suspects for drug trafficking. Paula L. Summer, age 60, of Percy, IL and Steven L. Mikel, age 31, of Campbell Hill were both charged with unlawful possession of methamphetamine. Percy was also charged with intent to deliver and unlawful possession of heroin with intent to deliver.

Both suspects were arrested on May 28th following the execution of a search warrant at Summers’ trailer in Percy, Illinois.
