ST. LOUIS (KTVI) - Hackers based in China are believed to be behind a cybersecurity breach affecting at least four million current and former federal employees.

If confirmed, the incident would be the second major breach by Beijing in less than a year. China has denied any involvement in the breach.

Dr. Benjamin Akande, Webster University economics dean and soon-to-be President of Westminster College, visits Fox 2 News in the Morning to discuss the fallout of such a security attack.
