Gerald man arrested on burglary charge

Clayton, MO (KTVI) – A Gerald Missouri man has been charged with burglary and stealing by the St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office. Peter Toth, 25, was arrested on May 24th when St. Louis County Police were called to a residence in the 16800 block of Kehrsdale Drive for a report of a burglary.

Officers arriving on the scene met with the victim who told the police that unknown suspect had enter the home and stole a laptop computer, cash and credit cards from a purse.

A witness at the scene provided a description of the suspect and suspects’ vehicle that allowed police to pick-up Toth.

Toth was identified out of a police line-up.

Police say they are also looking for an accomplice.
