ST. CHARLES, MO (KTVI) – More than 500 ethical computer hackers are in St. Charles attending ShowMeCon, a major regional hacking convention underway at Ameristar Casino and Resort. Those attending the conference are learning about the latest tools cyber criminals are using online to steal your personal information including, medical records, credit card numbers, and passwords. They are also learning what to do to help prevent becoming a victim of a cyber attack. The conference wraps up Tuesday.
