Train cars loaded with grain jump tracks near Eureka, MO

EUREKA, MO (KTVI)- There has been a freight train derailment near Eureka, MO. According to Eureka Fire Protection District, 27 cars loaded with grain jumped the tracks. No one was injured and there are no road blockages. The Union Pacific train has 98 cars total, all filled with grain.

The derailment happened along the tracks at the intersection of Lewis Road and Allen Road, not far from the Pevely Farms Golf Club.
