Endangered Missing Person Advisory canceled for missing brothers

Update: Brothher Draven  Tate and Zack Tack have been found and are safe.

CANTON, MO (KTVI)-The Canton Police Department has issued an Endangered Person Advisory for missing brothers, Draven Tate, 8, and Zack Allen Tate, 6. They are likely with their father, Kyle Tate, 28, who is believed to be armed with a gun. Police believe he is in route to Oklahoma.

Kyle Tate has made threats to harm himself and the children. He has also made threats towards their mothers in Hannibal, MO and in Clinton, OK.

The three are believed to be traveling in a Silver 2001 Chevrolet Impala with Missouri plates, KJ2M8H, which was last seen in Hannibal, MO at approximately 3:15am Sunday morning.

Kyle Tate is a white man, 6’1”, 220 lbs, with brown hair and hazel eyes.

Anyone seeing the missing person, suspect, or vehicle, or anyone with any information should immediately dial 911 to contact the nearest law enforcement agency or call the Canton Police Department at 573-288-4412.
