FBI investigation into hacking of Houston Astro’s computers hits a snag

(KTVI) – New details on the FBI investigation on the Cardinals employees accused of hacking into the Houston Astro’s computers. The New York Times is reporting the FBI is struggling to figure out who specifically had his hands on the computer keyboard.

The report says the investigation is focused on a small group of front office employees who had access to a computer in a home near the team’s Jupiter, Florida complex during spring break in 2014.

The times reports one person briefed on the investigation says investigators have had a difficult time matching up the intrusions with the different times the employees were on the computer.
