Anheuser-Busch investing $162 million in St. Louis operations

ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI)-Anheuser-Busch plans to invest more than $12 million dollars in its St. Louis brewery operations this year. The money is for various improvements, including projects to conserve fuel, electricity and water at the flagship location.

A $150 million expansion project at Anheuser-Busch’s Metal Container Corporation in Arnold will increase production of the popular Bud Light aluminum bottles.

In total, Anheuser-Busch will invest more than $1.5 billion in U.S. operations by 2018.
