TROY, MO (KTVI)-Strong thunderstorms rolled through the bi-state late Thursday and again Friday morning, bringing even more unwanted rain.  Troy residents in Lincoln County were among the many victims of flash flooding after 5-7 inches of rain fell swelling area creeks and the Cuivre River.

Local residents can hardly believe what they've seen and are seeing once again.
