Body shaming “advice” featured in O, The Oprah Magazine, is urging women to fight back.

Writer Tamar Nitai was in disbelief after reading a style q&a titled, “Can I Pull Off A Crop Top?” The article reads, "If and only if you have a flat stomach, feel free to try one."

Nitai quicly took her frustrations to the web.

"Part of health is self-esteem and that it`s 'intrinsically connected to body image," Nitai posted via Instagram. She urged the O Magazine writer to stop telling women what they can and cannot wear.

Now women everywhere are coming together using the hashtag #Rockthecrop.

Nitai is urging women  “wear what you love, what makes you feel confident and own it.”
